Easy Returns & Exchanges
We make returns & exchanges easy with our automated, online system. With just a few clicks you can process your return or exchange and even print out a pre-paid return label (contiguous US only).

40-Day Return Policy
We will accept returns and exchanges on products within 40 days of your original purchase date. Please ship your exchange within 3 days of submission of the online return / exchange form. We are extending our return policy for holiday gift purchases to January 15th so your gift recepients will have time to make an exchange.

Returns and exchanges will not be processed without a "Return Merchandise Authorization" or RMA number. RMA numbers are generated online at the Easy Returns and Exchanges link on our website. Customers unable to generate an RMA online must contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a verbal authorization prior to sending any item to us for return or exchange. Returns or exchanges arriving without an RMA are returned to the sender.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned or exchanged items must arrive at our facility in brand new condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Occasionally, customers send back items in a used, dirty condition or without the tags attached. In these instances, we will reduce any available refund by 50% of the item's sale price plus the cost of our pre-paid return label. When items are returned dirty and the customer already received their exchange, the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase will be charged 50% of the sale price of the returned dirty item plus the cost of our prepaid return label.

Incorrect Shipment
If we have sent you a size or style that you did not order, we will pay for the return freight cost of the boots / shoes and will send you the correct item.

Shipping & Handling Charges

We are now providing free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $49 in the continental US.

Any order that must be shipped by the USPS (Post Office) and is 10 pounds or more will be charged $1.50 per pound for shipping.

All shipments, including those noted as having "Free Shipping", going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are charged an additional fee of $1.50 per pound and are shipped with USPS Priority Mail.

In support of those serving overseas, no additional fee is charged for APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping & Availability

We ship to all locations in the Continental US, and we ship to Alaska, Hawaii and all US territories. 

Most products are shipped from our Conklin, NY location within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted) depending on availability and time order was placed. Some products could be shipped from alternate warehouses. If an out of stock situation occurs, we will contact you to see if you want to "backorder" the item and wait for it to become available. Every attempt is made to ship Express orders placed before noon EST on the same day. If there are delays due to availability, we will contact you to review shipping alternatives and/or item substitutions.

Our primary shipping method is UPS and our secondary method is USPS for smaller shipments.

You will receive an email confirmation when the item is shipped. Please provide a correct email address with your order.

Canadian & International Shipping Policy

Now shipping to over 200 countries world wide! Overshoes Online has partnered with a trusted third-party International shipping company, to fulfill all orders for our International customers. After you place the item(s) you wish to order in the shopping cart click on the "International Checkout" button to place your order.

You will be able to calculate the shipping rates in your currency and determine the amount of duties and taxes that may apply for your order. You will even have the opportunity to expedite your order.

You may pay with International credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. Once your order is completed, all inquiries regarding your order and shipment should be directed to the International Customer Service Department.

Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously. Any personal information you provide to Overshoes Online via the Internet or through any or other medium is for the exclusive use of Overshoes Online in order for us to fulfill your order. We will not sell this data or otherwise make it available to anyone outside of Overshoes Online other than providing the name and delivery address to the shipper. We will maintain a database of customers addresses who opt in to receive occasional announcements of new products and services offered by Overshoes Online via e-mail or postal mail.

Security

Overshoes Online provides online ordering through a secure network using Authorize.Net and your credit card processor. All online transactions with Overshoes Online are handled with industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. Our checkout page will be titled in the URL address with https://www.overshoesonline.com/checkout.asp, which indicates the page is secure.

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and securely and confidentially processed through the Authorize.Net Network. Your credit card number is never transmitted by email or any unencrypted format.

Overshoes Online does not retain credit card information in our files. Not paper or electronic. In fact, we never even see your complete credit card number.

Overshoes Online will prosecute fraud to the fullest extent of the law. All transactions and IP addresses are logged.

Sales Tax

NO SALES TAX, except for:

4 % NYS Sales Tax on Clothing & Footwear items with a sale price below $55.00
8 % NYS Sales Tax on Clothing & Footwear items with a sale price above $55.00
New York State residents will be charged 8.00% sales tax on all other taxable items.
